Jewelry care

Keep jewelry clean and dry. It is best to remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing and while applying perfume or hairspray. This is especially important if the item has a special finish such as patina or antiquing that you want to maintain. Exposure to excessive humidity, moisture, or light can cause jewelry to tarnish. To slow down natural oxidation, store pieces individually in plastic zip lock bags. Pieces that have tarnished can be cleaned with a jewelry cloth but do this carefully if oxidation is part of the beauty of your piece.

Shipping information

  • Orders received Monday-Friday prior to 12 pm Pacific Standard Time typically go out same day. Orders with preordered items will ship when complete and there are occasional exceptions. You will receive an email that your order has shipped and USPS tracking information (U.S. orders) from PayPal. In the rare event that an order is backordered or canceled, this information will be emailed to you as well. Please note, we cannot be responsible for actual delivery times once we have given your package to the USPS.

  • Your items will arrive in organza bags (item size permitting). A packing list without prices will be enclosed and will contain instructions for returns.

  • U.S. Shipments:
    • First Class USPS shipping with tracking is FREE. Most jewelry only orders will arrive in 1-5 days.
      USPS Priority shipping with tracking is $5. Guaranteed delivery time of 1-3 days depending on your distance from Las Vegas. The USPS now lets you know how many days a Priority package will take to arrive, 1-3 days depending on delivery distance. Includes Saturday delivery.
    International Shipping is $5. Items ship USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is available to select destinations. Any custom fees, taxes and other import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping time is typically 7-14 days depending on delivery destination.

Returns & exchanges

We will accept returns for unworn items in original condition within 14 days of receipt. You can easily initiate your return on our Return Page. Return instructions are also included with your order. Refunds are given for the price paid for merchandise only and can be credited back to the original form of payment or issued as a gift voucher.

Purchases made after Thanksgiving and through Christmas can be returned through January 5.

Cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order, simply email us with your order number as soon as possible. Only orders that have not been shipped can be canceled. Your order amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Price guarantee, sales & discounts

Let's be real. Our prices are fair. We buy from indie companies and artisans and sell at retail or below and and free or reasonable shipping.

Much of the jewelry that is offered for sale nowadays is mass produced in Asia, purchased cheaply and marked up as much as ten times to either make a better profit or to offer attractive artificial discounts and special promotions. We just don't play like that.

We prefer to offer really great indie designed and made items at really fair prices. Most of our items are made by hand in the United States, if not this will be clear in the description.

However, sometimes we are in an especially good mood (like when we go to the beach!) and feel the need to pass this along to our customers in the form of a discount code. Look for these occasional discounts on our website, newsletter (which goes out about once a month), facebook and sometimes twitter.

By the way... if you do happen to see something we sell online somewhere else for less (including shipping), contact us and we will give you an extra 5% off (in the form of a refund, sale items may not qualify). Your happiness is our happiness.


Some of our fab finds can be preordered. Expected ship date (to you) is listed on our site.

If you are interested in an item that is currently out of stock but not yet available for preorder, click the "email me when this item is back in stock" button so that we know to get that item back in stock A.S.A.P. for you. Usually, we can get an item in pretty quickly.

Price adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within seven days, contact us and we will credit you for the difference. Any promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Sales tax

We do not add sales tax. Sales tax is applicable in Nevada, USA, but we cover that for our neighbors.

Privacy & security

Any information collected on our site is used to help your shopping experience and allow us to deliver products, inform you about your order processing, product information and promotion information. Your information will not be rented or sold to any third party. Ever.

We have no access to and do not store your payment information. We use PayPal as our payment gateway so you can pay safely and it will go through their system as either a PayPal or credit card payment.

Your order is placed over a secure URL. We use a SSL (secure socket layer) to ensure that your credit card and personal information is secure.

We do our best to portray our products accurately. Please note that color accuracy may be somewhat monitor-dependent and the way your monitor displays color is outside of our control. If a typographical error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
